The adjustable hand grip is convenient training tool for clamping force training. Training activates blood circulation in the entire area of the arm and thus reduce the risk of synovium- and elbow problems. You can adjust the resistance infinitely between 5-20kg (light/red) and 10-40kg (strong/black).
